SolusVM offers several lines of support:

If you are stumped by a problem, the chances are that someone else has encountered it too. Take a look at our support forum and do a search on your problem.

2) Official Wiki
Our wiki contains all the offical documentation you may need to get started with SolusVM. This wiki is maintained by the SolusVM staff & SolusVM users.

3) Ticket System
If you can't find the answer to your questions on either the forum or wiki, you can submit a ticket via our ticket system.
